Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize warehouse operations for efficiency
• Oversee loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and cycle counting
• Assign daily tasks and manage shift resources
• Inspire team to meet KPI targets and uphold safety standards
• Provide orientation and tools to staff for performance
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse
• Handle documentation such as picking sheets and bills of lading
• Submit daily reports and suggest actions to improve service levels
