Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates with 0–1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution or transportation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to plan processes.
• Establish work schedules to optimize shift coverage.
• Monitor site KPI and performance.
• Ensure safety and security practices are followed.
• Provide orientation and training to employees.
• Perform performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Address performance issues via corrective action.
• Collaborate with customer on operations.
