Job summary

Ryder in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations and coach staff. Salary is $65,000 per year, with Sundays through Thursdays 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and potential overtime based on business needs.

You will work with the Logistics Manager to ensure processes meet standards, establish shift schedules, and drive improvements while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and address performance.
• Maintain safe labor relations and health & safety practices.
