Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse operations.
• Perform warehousing tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work duties to team members to optimize shift performance.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using effective leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools needed for team to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to improve operations and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
