Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members for optimal shift operations.
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist with orienting employees and providing necessary information, tools, and tech to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance operations and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
