Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Raleigh, NC to lead day-to-day logistics operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities with the Logistics Manager, and promote safety, accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $65,000 annually, with full benefits and a company culture that supports growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and collaboration with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Carry out performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
