Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Wilmington, IL for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role oversees daily logistics, coaches and develops staff, and drives performance while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The position offers a salaried, full-time engagement with a schedule of Sun–Tues and every other Wed 5pm–4:30am, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across the assigned shift.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Monitor KPI and ensure health, safety, security and compliance.
• Coach, train and develop team members; provide performance feedback and recognition.
• Support continuous improvement and drive engagement within a diverse team.
