Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring operations meet company standards and QA protocols.

You will monitor parcel delivery performance, drive continuous improvement, and lead daily control meetings and performance reviews. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Mandarin, 2+ years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing, strong leadership and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Minimum 2 years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
