Job summary

Swiftx Express is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including sorting, loading/unloading and QA enforcement. The role requires leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Flexible hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
