Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Jersey City, NJ to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Shift options include 2PM-10:30PM or 7PM-3:30AM. Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and Mandarin bilingual proficiency, with 1 year of last-mile/3PL warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assistant warehouse daily operations, including sorting, loading and unloading and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified staff and provide onboarding.

• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
