Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage DSP operations and third-party warehouse activities in Schiller Park, IL. The role covers daily operations from 1pm to 10pm, with focus on quality, performance, and safety.

You will recruit DSPs, design training, and implement improvements across logistics processes while coordinating with internal teams and partners. A bachelor’s degree plus related warehousing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Pay range:

• Supervisor: 55k-70k + 20%bonus
• 7 PTO days
