Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily manpower planning and shift execution in Summerville, SC. The role involves leading teams, conducting shift huddles, and ensuring safety, productivity, and SOP adherence within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in warehousing with leadership exposure and a solid understanding of operational workflows and training.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5+ years in warehouse operations with leadership exposure
• Experience planning daily manpower and shift communication
• Ability to train and guide staff on SOPs and safety rules

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week with minimal overtime
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity
• Manage workflows efficiently and support staff with SOP adherence
• Provide training and direction to employees on standard operating procedures
• Maintain statistics on productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate's Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
