Job summary

Martin-Brower is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shifts, and ensure safety and productivity. The role requires coordinating with teams, conducting daily briefings, and enforcing SOPs. Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment is essential.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and an opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, with a 10% annual bonus available for eligible performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• Or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
