Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in our Coatesville, PA operation. The role centers on planning daily manpower for the current day and week, with an emphasis on minimizing overtime and maintaining service levels.

You will lead daily shift meetings, assign tasks to warehouse workers, ensure safety and productivity, and provide training to enforce SOP adherence while tracking performance metrics. Additional duties may include special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years people leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliabilityrequirementsare met

• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
