Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a warehouse associate in California to perform case picking and loading duties in a fast-paced environment. This role starts at $24/hour with opportunities for incentive pay and overtime, and requires ability to lift up to 170 pounds and pass background checks.

The position features a full-time schedule (Sunday-Thursday) with start times at 3:30pm and long daily shifts, supporting safe, accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift products regularly from 25 to 50 pounds and up to 170 pounds
• 0–2 years of related work experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders, shrink wrap and label, and move orders to the loading dock
• Receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment by clearing debris and stacking pallets
• Other duties as assigned

• Pay:$24/hr starting pay with opportunities forIncentivePay and Overtime
• Work:Active, fast paced warehouse case picking position palletizing customer orders

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
