Job summary

SwiftX in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist to oversee DSP operations from 5:30AM to 2PM. You will supervise delivery partners, enforce QA protocols, monitor performance, and drive improvements across both internal and external warehouse activities.

You will recruit DSPs, onboard them, and design training to raise service quality while coordinating local deliveries and daily operations. A Mandarin bilingual candidate with a strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and Mandarin bilingual required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP operations ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Benefits

Pay range:

Specialist: 20-25/hour +10%bonus

Supervisor: 55k-70k + 20%bonus
