Job summary

Swiftx Express is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to lead DSP and staffing activities across last-mile warehousing and regional fleet operations. You will enforce QA protocols, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and Mandarin bilingual capabilities, with leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills to manage cross-functional teams and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Mandarin bilingual is required.
• Last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Oversee and supervise operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.

• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
