Job summary

Swiftx Express is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Florida to oversee DSP and staffing agency operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead daily meetings, recruit DSPs, design training, and manage regional fleet operations with a focus on cost control and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
