Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Fort Myers, FL seeks an Operations Leader to oversee DSPs and staffing agencies, ensuring standards and compliance. You will drive quality assurance, monitor performance, and coordinate fleet operations and cost control.

A Bachelor's degree and mandarin fluency are required, with preference for last-mile/3PL warehousing experience. This role includes onboarding, training design, and daily operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
