Job summary

Swiftx Express in North Haven, CT is hiring a logistics operations leader to oversee DSPs and staffing agencies, enforce QA protocols, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced last-mile environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Mandarin bilingual capabilities. You will lead warehousing, fleet coordination, and onboarding while coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure reliable service and continuous cost control.

Qualifications

• Mandarin bilingual required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Oversee operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.

• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
