Swiftx Express in Greenville, NC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to supervise DSPs and staffing agencies, enforce QA standards, and lead continuous improvement across last-mile warehousing and regional fleet operations. You will recruit DSPs, design training, manage cost control, and coordinate with internal teams and partners while performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.

• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
