Job summary

Swiftx Express Management in High Point, NC is seeking a strong operations leader to supervise DSPs and staffing agencies, enforce QA protocols, and drive continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics functions.

You will recruit DSPs, provide onboarding, and design training to raise service quality. The role requires Mandarin language skills and prior last-mile/3PL exposure, with a focus on leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
