Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Operator in Colorado to support inbound/outbound, returns, and related operations within the DC. You will move merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and using RF scanners and warehouse systems. The role may involve hazardous material handling and peak-volume coverage.

• Data matching: accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Safety procedures: follow established safety, operational, and quality rules.
• Safety awareness: maintain a safe work environment and proper lifting practices.
• Learn warehouse systems: willingness to learn RF tech and WMS processes.
• Independent work: ability to work with limited direction.
• Train teammates: assist in training when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, and shipping docs with goods.
• Process inbound/outbound, returns, acquisitions and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, WMS and related tech.
• Store/retrieve merchandise from floor locations and reserve areas.
• Load/unload trailers and secure shipments; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow hazardous material handling procedures per safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality; keep work areas organized and safe.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
