Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a distribution center associate to support inbound/outbound operations, returns, and acquisitions. You will handle merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate WMS and RF technology in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, staging, packing, and shipping, with emphasis on safety and quality. Compliance with company policies and continuous improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Match numerical and alphabetical information accurately.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Follow hazardous material handling and disposal procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
