Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate at our Colorado distribution center to support inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory tasks. You will operate RF scanners and WMS, pick, pack, and stage merchandise with accuracy and safety as priorities.

Responsibilities include verifying documents, following policy, and contributing to quality and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment while lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers, route trucks, and secure shipments.
