Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations within the distribution center. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, inspecting, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise; operating RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems; ensuring proper documentation

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse tech as required.
• Properly store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
• Load/unload trailers and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow safety standards and quality procedures; identify unsafe conditions and report promptly.
