Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to supervise DSP operations, enforce QA protocols, and drive continuous improvement across logistics functions. The role includes managing third-party warehouses, cross-border shipments, and regional fleet coordination.

You will lead budgeting, KPI tracking, and onboarding, with on-the-job training through rotation. Strong leadership, Mandarin bilingual ability, and a track record in last-mile/logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
