Job summary

Robert Dietrick Company (RDC) is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Warehouse Solutions Manager to lead and grow our Warehouse Solutions business unit. This role connects warehouse operations with practical, profitable material-handling solutions and requires leading a growing team and developing vendor relationships.

You will manage projects from concept to installation, build scalable processes, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and teams.
• Experience balancing business development with product implementation and project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership including coaching and mentoring.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel within RDC territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Solutions team.
• Set annual sales, revenue, gross-profit targets with leaders.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategy for RDC's Warehouse Solutions.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Build scalable processes for sustainable growth.
• Identify new markets, product categories, partnerships, and service opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales on complex opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Manage vendors, installation partners, and projects.
