Job summary

Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Senior Process Owner, RDC Design Team, to shape the future of Target's supply chain by owning Putaway, GPM, and Warehouse process design. You will model cycle times, develop Standard Work, and lead field implementation with cross-functional teams to realize measurable efficiency improvements.

You will frame problems, build business cases, coordinate validation or pilots, and present clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, process improvement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, engineering, process improvement, or WMS product/technology.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and value stream mapping to drive improvements.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel; exposure to SQL is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Process Design for Putaway, GPM, and Warehouse functions.
• Create future design requirements and process flows for a modernized WMS.
• Lead training, field implementation, and problem solving.
• Develop project plans, validation criteria, and handoff documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across product, data, finance, safety, and quality.
• Deliver clear, visual materials translating insights into actionable recommendations.
