Job summary

Robert Dietrick Company (RDC) is seeking a strategic Warehouse Solutions Manager to lead and grow the Warehouse Solutions business unit. This high-impact role combines sales acumen, project-management discipline, and technical product knowledge to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will build scalable processes, manage vendors and installation partners, and lead a team through opportunities from concept to installation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Five+ years in industrial sales, material handling, warehouse systems, capital equipment, or project management.
Strong communication with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience balancing business development with product implementation and project execution.
Leadership experience including coaching and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Solutions team with regular feedback.
Partner with Directors to set annual sales, revenue, gross-profit, and performance goals.
Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for Warehouse Solutions.
Own business-unit forecasting, performance reporting, and pipeline visibility.
Build scalable processes to support sustainable growth and reduce reliance on individuals.
Identify new markets, product categories, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with sales reps on complex opportunities and strategic accounts.
Develop relationships with customers, manufacturers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and installation partners.
Oversee quoting, estimating, project scoping, and installation planning.
