Job summary

RMI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and become a long-term member of our team. You will be responsible for people, inventory, workflow, safety, and performance, partnering with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and inventory control.
• Ability to manage safety, training, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system transactions.
• Monitor safety, enforce PPE use, and drive a safety culture.
• Manage warehouse layout, workflow, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate across departments to keep orders moving efficiently.
