Job summary

Storage Solutions - A Jungheinrich Company in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Software Support Engineer to blend technical problem-solving with customer-facing duties on the Invar Warehouse System. You will diagnose issues, collaborate across teams, and assist with testing and deployments.

Travel up to 25% and a 24/7 support mindset are part of the role, with compensation provided. A strong IT background and Windows/SQL skills are important.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Windows environments required.
• C# .NET experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of support for customers via phone and email.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IWS software.
• Maintain, track, and escalate tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
• Monitor production environments and address potential issues.
• Assist in testing new software releases and implementations.
• Set up development PCs and test servers for new deployments.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25% for on-site support and commissioning.
