Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Software Support Engineer in Kennesaw, GA. You will provide customer-facing software support, collaborate with multiple teams, and follow Incident/Problem Management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of Linux, databases, SQL, and logs analysis. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Technical understanding of warehouse software and logistics processes.
• ITIL-based support knowledge including Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience in 2nd Level Support and incident handling.
• Proficiency with Linux, SQL, and logs analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support to KNAPP customers for software issues.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Software Development, and other teams to resolve incidents.
• Follow Incident Management processes and communicate with customers.
• Analyze software behavior, logs, and interfaces to identify root causes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and known errors.
