Qualifications

• Coaching and Development and ability to guide and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop onsite personnel to meet site goals.
• Maintain standards of production, quality, safety, and equipment in a cost-effective way.
• Provide leadership to facilitate action plans in a timely, proactive manner.
• Work closely with customers to maintain strong relationships at the highest level.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and recommend solutions to facility problems.
• Analyze and communicate financial, operational, and administrative issues and resolve them promptly.
• Escalate labor, safety, and employee relations concerns to management.
• Coordinate with HR and Risk to ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct site and inventory audits and handle pallets as needed.
