Job summary

Relogistics is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee a distribution-site operation within a customer facility. You’ll supervise a team, coordinate shifts, drive safety standards, and foster strong customer relations while partnering with HR for onboarding.

You will develop staff, monitor performance, and prepare reports to guide continuous improvements in operational excellence across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS software is preferred.
• 5+ years in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site employees across shifts (3–25 staff).
• Communicate goals, schedules, and workloads to achieve site objectives.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates following policies and procedures.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the full new hire process with HR.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
