• Keep warehouse inventory current and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment through effective communication with all associates.
• Oversee associates and coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets.
• Monitor daily safety compliance and investigate accidents with reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
• Maintain GMP for a food-grade warehouse and handle other duties as assigned.
