Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee a site within a customer’s distribution center in Lancaster, TX. You’ll lead 3–25 employees across shifts, drive customer relations, ensure safety, and manage daily operations to meet performance targets.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred or a GED, 5+ years in related fields, supervisory experience, WMS knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Retail/service industry experience is ideal.
• Proficient in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees on site, across shifts, up to 25 people.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates and enforce company policies.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the entire new hire process with HR.
• Handle employee relations issues with Corporate HR.
• Analyze site data for continuous improvements in operations.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Monitor employee performance and workloads to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
