Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires a driven leader with at least 3 years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation.

Responsibilities include managing the site team, controlling costs, and ensuring client needs are met. Responsibilities also include budgeting, budgeting-related reporting, staff hiring/training, and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Flexible with shift start times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for all services performed.
