Job summary

Relogistics is seeking an On-Site Manager to oversee a site within a customer’s distribution center. You will lead all operations, train staff, manage customer relationships, and ensure safety and quality across shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years in supervision.

Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are required. Relogistics offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Retail/service industry experience is ideal.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Spanish is a plus in many locations.
• Forklift Certification Required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees (administrative and manufacturing) across multiple shifts and team sizes.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site.
• Train and develop associates, ensure policy compliance.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with the full cycle of hiring with HR teams.
• Address employee relations issues with Corporate HR.
• Analyze site data to drive continuous improvements in operations.
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural materials.
• Present information effectively to managers, clients, and the public.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
