Job summary

DoorDash DashMart seeks a capable leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team in Nashville. You will own day-to-day operations, scheduling, and labor budgeting, ensuring site processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Associates, drive key metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and collaborate with central teams to empower your crew with the right tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees and fostered a strong culture.
• Willing to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts and ownership mindset.
• Approach problems from first principles and drive data-driven improvements.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup-like environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates to high performance.
• Own day-to-day operations, scheduling, and labor budgeting for the site.
• Maintain site-level metrics: quality, accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
• Collaborate with inventory and training teams to provide tools for the team.
• Identify process improvements using data and implement changes.
