Kelly Services is hiring 2nd shift Warehouse Fulfillment Clerks in Cleveland, OH for a contract-to-hire position. The role involves processing shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in receiving and labeling, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM at a premier warehouse facility.

Applicants should have warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, be comfortable using computers in a warehouse setting, and be willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Has warehouse/warehouse clerk experience (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers in a warehouse setting.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving documents and maintain data/records.
• Verify counts match PO/docs and resolve discrepancies.
• Collect and file outbound freight documentation.
• Pick orders for shipment with correct labeling and docs.
• Schedule inbound/outbound freight with Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Identify back orders and manage expedited handling.
• Receive and organize UPS orders for verification and stocking.
• Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient order picking.

Why should you consider a position as a Fulfillment Clerk?

What’s a typical day as a Fulfillment Clerk? You’ll be:

• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping/receiving documents and maintain relevant data and records.
• Verify that shipping/receiving counts match picking/purchase order documents and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Collect and file documentation for outbound freight appropriately.
• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Identify back orders and manage expedited handling.
• Receive and organize UPS orders for verification and stocking.

Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient order picking
