Kelly is hiring for a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Middletown, PA. Pay is $20.25/hour for the 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM).

You will work with automated warehouse systems to receive, process, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center. The role requires comfort with computers, scanners, and warehouse systems, plus strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, pick/pack, inventory, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, scan, and label products accurately.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and materials.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
• Use scanners and computer systems to enter and retrieve inventory information.
• Identify and report damaged products, incorrect quantities, labeling issues, or other discrepancies.
• Stage, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to keep products moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality procedures.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Automated Pick, Pack & Label Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you’ll work with automated warehouse systems, scanners, labels, and computer systems to help receive, process, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
