Kelly Services is hiring experienced Cherry Picker & Forklift Operators for a full-time, contract-to-hire role in Louisville, KY on the 3rd shift (9:45 p.m. – 6:15 a.m.). The position requires operating forklifts and cherry pickers, loading and unloading pallets, and ensuring accurate inventory using RF scanners.
You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to transition to permanent status. OT may be required.

Shift: 9:45 p.m. – 6:15 a.m.
Pay Rate: $19.53 per hour: Sunday - Thursday
Weekly Pay. Every Friday. Full time, Contract to Hire
OT required as needed
Load and unload pallets/cases using forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
Use RF scanners or voice pick systems to scan and count inventory
Move products to correct locations in the warehouse
Build and load pallets for shipping
Operate forklifts, and cherry pickers up to 35 feet high
Wear a safety harness and follow all safety rules
Keep work area clean and safe
Able to lift 50+ lbs.: repetitive lifting
Comfortable with heights and wearing a harness
Previous forklift/cherry picker MHE experience required
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
