Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee one or more groups responsible for receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, and returns processing at our US facility. You will lead daily performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.

Reporting to the DC Ops Manager, you will develop teams, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate with ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Oracle/Manhattan) to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role (leading teams of 15+).
• Strong understanding of material logistics processes, inventory accuracy/systems, and production/order requirements.
• Experience with ERP & WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan preferred).
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and operational standardization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Inventory Accuracy and Cost metrics.
• Reviews and communicates shift KPIs including OTDS, Productivity, Capacity, Backlog, Inventory Accuracy, Quality Defects, and Safety performance. Develops and executes action plans to address gaps and continuously improve.
• Supervises, coordinates and participates in receiving, storage, packing, and/or order fulfillment operations requiring knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order requirements.
• Organizes and assigns work on a particular shift to utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, labor hours, machines and tools to the best advantages to obtain the most favorable costs, order accuracy, and completeness.
• Provides regular training, instruction and guidance. Maintains close surveillance over larger, more critical transfers, orders or receipts.
• Ensure all orders have been shipped in a timely fashion.
• Ensure proper processing of returns including check in, put away and credit insurance.
