Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise and develop teams across receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping, and returns. You’ll manage shift performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while optimizing labor and equipment use.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with leadership experience and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Manhattan WMS. Strong analytics and communication with senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Warehouse/Distribution with 2+ in leadership (15+ team).
• Strong understanding of material logistics, inventory accuracy/systems, and production/order requirements.
• Experience with ERP & WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan preferred).
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and operational standardization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including leadership interaction.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Inventory Accuracy and Cost metrics.
• Reviews and communicates shift KPIs including OTDS, Productivity, Capacity, Backlog, Inventory Accuracy, Quality Defects, and Safety performance.
• Supervises, coordinates and participates in receiving, storage, packing, and/or order fulfillment operations.
• Organizes and assigns work on a shift to optimize labor, machines and tools for cost efficiency and accuracy.
• Provides regular training and guidance, and oversees critical transfers, orders or receipts.
• Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely fashion.
• Ensure proper processing of returns including check in, put away and credit insurance.
