Job summary

Netrush is seeking a highly capable Shift Lead to support a team of 5-20 warehouse associates, focusing on safety, quality, morale, and productivity. You will oversee receiving, storage, value-adding servicing, and shipping of diverse products to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate across teams and levels to meet targets and maintain high standards of execution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse experience, ecommerce preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style.
• Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
• Adept at communicating up and down and adapting to audience needs.
• Experience with picking and packing both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business orders.
• Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions and workflow of the warehouse staff.
• Delegate tasks, assign targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory: receipt, pick, pack, ship, and returns.
• Oversee shift allocations and staff efficiency.
• Organize training activities for staff and workers.
• Ensure proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment.
• Communicate safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to senior leaders.
