Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily warehouse operations and optimize material flow. This role ensures inventory accuracy, on-time order fulfillment, and safe, compliant processes while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will supervise and develop a team, collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, and report to the Warehouse Manager. Light overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives while managing complex priorities.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizing warehouse layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
