Job summary

Freight Breakers is hiring a Shift Lead to help run our warehouse day-to-day. The role covers supervising the team, ensuring shipping and receiving operate smoothly, and keeping inventory accurate. Schedule: Sun-Wed, 7:00am–5:30pm.

You'll train staff, track processes, use warehouse systems, and collaborate with other departments to maintain safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading in a warehouse and knowledge of 3PL operations are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising in a warehouse (preferred).
• Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, and 3PL operations.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience improving processes or workflow is a big plus.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems to track inventory and operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good communication skills to work with team members and other departments.
