Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate movement of materials and finished goods. You will manage receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process optimization, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives while managing complex priorities.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, ERP systems, and inventory control tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow to meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizing warehouse layouts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while fostering a strong culture of workplace safety.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
