McLane Company, Inc. in Lockbourne, Ohio, is seeking a Warehouse Selector I to join our distribution team.

You will load trucks, move product within the warehouse, operate a reach truck and pallet jack, and verify quantities and conditions of items as part of a fast-paced daily workflow. We offer a training wage of $21.00 per hour and a 100% production wage of $24.25 per hour, with potential incentives; benefits start after 60 days, and a weekend shift is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Ability to visually inspect and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• 1+ year in distribution warehouse experience preferred (reach truck, pallet jack, forklift).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks.
• Move product within warehouse and between loading dock and storage areas.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack.
• Verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove wrap from incoming orders.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
